This is a rare opportunity to acquire 15 income-producing vacation rental condos at Rockwood Resort & Condos on Indian Point, just past Silver Dollar City and close to Table Rock Lake.
The package includes twelve 3-bedroom condos and three 2-bedroom condos across four buildings. It is being offered as an established short-term rental operation with seller-provided revenue records dating back to 2020, existing rental infrastructure, resort amenities, and the option to transfer up to seven leased boat slips.
**Boat slips are leased annually at $2,395 per slip. Up to seven leases may be transferable with the package, subject to marina approval, availability, and current lease terms.
